Art and shiny things…
I haven’t been to India (yet), but I’ve been exposed to a little of the culture through friends growing up and at college, and I have to say, one of the things I’ve always loved most is the color that the culture is saturated in, so much more than America, from the clothing to the food to the interior decorating.

I have mixed feelings about Paper Source, which carries lovely products which are inevitably overpriced, but I do love their brand selection. Japanese minimalism, with earth tones and rounded corners. There’s something so restful about this room, it exudes a natural ease, stripped of effort or technology, almost as if it’s bleeding into the greenery outside the door. Would you live here?

Est Magazine is a fairly new design/fashion magazine out of Australia (digital, as many magazines are going these days), and it is a gorgeous and upscale thing that is a treat for the eyes. It features everything from spotlights on retail brands to interior design pieces to recommended travel destinations.
